Norm Richards -682fpm on the mid-point landing. Max is -600fpm Al! Will give this overage to you but have to get down to -600fpm max or under. Your heavy landing rate is because your airspeed is still too slow and the aircraft can't hold altitude and drops like a stone. Keep your speed up a bit more and lesser degree of flaps to raise the airspeed and remember to flare at landing. Norm
