William Butler Flew this flight in DHC2 Amphib. Been practicing with the Soloy 206 and can not get it to slow taxi on water--have to shut fuel off to stop taxi?? Aircraft works well on runways where brakes allow slow taxi.
William Butler Flew the Soloy this leg. Plane would not slow taxi and stop at idle again. I shut the engine off with fuel shut off at the cabin. This is a good aircraft - flew the best patterns at NAS North Island practicing I have flown in the Sim. I will keep flying it and trying to fiqure out what the deal is with the water taxi. What a beautiful Spot.
