Flew this flight in DHC2 Amphib. Been practicing with the Soloy 206 and can not get it to slow taxi on water--have to shut fuel off to stop taxi?? Aircraft works well on runways where brakes allow slow taxi. |

Flew the Soloy this leg. Plane would not slow taxi and stop at idle again. I shut the engine off with fuel shut off at the cabin. This is a good aircraft - flew the best patterns at NAS North Island practicing I have flown in the Sim. I will keep flying it and trying to fiqure out what the deal is with the water taxi. What a beautiful Spot. |

Soloy is also a turbo as I recall. And it keeps going on water.Yes always a problem. Cut the engine OR you can put reverse on the airplane:. Change this setting setting in the aircraft.cfg:
