MFS0015 RTMM Yakutat Ranger District Cabins (USFS11)

Welcome to the Yakutat Ranger District Cabins set. There are eight cabins in this group but these are in very rugged terrain.

This is Glacier Territory and we will explore the glaciers as well as the cabins.

Aircraft:
Amphibian aircraft or Helo is required as there is a mix of land and water stops.

SIM:
FSX, P3D, MSFS

Time/Weather:
Dawn or Dusk are the nicest times to fly and can yield very pretty and interesting lighting effects). If possible try live time and live weather. If not possible set your own weather and time parameters and enjoy the scenery.

Tour download for this MFS0015 excursion is available from the download section and contains documentation, flight plans (.pln) for FSX/P3D/MSFS.
 
Please feel free to stop at, touch and go or fly-by any mid-airport locations: ie Glaciers or SPB along the route of the flight legs (as outlined in the Cigar Box notes). There are some great spots along the way as you visit the cabin locations!
