MFS0009 RTMM Hoonah Ranger District Cabins (USFS10)

Hoonah Alaska:

This is intended to be a low level and scenic flight excursion for MSFS but also works in FSX/P3D.  You’ll need your hands on that stick to visit all of the Hoonah Ranger District USFS Cabins and other points of interest.

Aircraft:
Amphibian aircraft or Helo is required as there is a mix of land and water stops.

SIM:
FSX, P3D, MSFS

Time/Weather:
Dawn or Dusk are the nicest times to fly and can yield very pretty and interesting lighting effects). If possible try live time and live weather. If not possible set your own weather and time parameters and enjoy the scenery.

Tour download for this MFS0009 excursion is available from the download section and contains documentation, flight plans (.pln) for FSX/P3D/MSFS, LNM as well as static sky-vector maps links for each leg for those seeking a navigational challenge in negotiating the route by way of dead reckoning and marking position/landmarks.
 
Please feel free to stop at, touch and go or fly-by any mid-airport locations or spb along the route of the flight legs (as outlined in the Cigar Box notes). There are some great spots along the way as you visit the cabin locations!

Leg 1- OOH missing in sim. Make sure you have RTMM SPB active. Do not loaed FP#1 as now TKE is also missing in SIM. Manually fly to this location- save flt for next leg start.     (Zendesk advised-on OOH and TKE).
